1.      Partnering with the Mathis Eye Foundation and the Obras Sociales del Hermano Pedro Hospital, Antigua, Guatemala to provide free care for the indigenous and poor visually impaired.


2.      Continuous financial support of Sembrando Esperanza, a Guatemalan non-governmental organization which provides free medical care to the indigenous Mayans in San Marcos la Laguna (Lago Atitlan) in the highlands of Guatemala.


3.      Help in development of outreach clinics for education, medical supplies and training for children with Type I Diabetes in the Developing world.


4.  Research into resources available in the treatment of chronic medical conditions in the poor and disadvantaged peoples in developing countries.


5.      Continuation of the Pediatric Vision Clinic, a free clinic for children with multiple handicaps at Salina Regional Health Center, Salina, Kansas. This clinic was begun in 1990.  All services are provided free of charge.


6.      Provision of free-of-charge prescription glasses.


7.      International medical outreach missions to developing countries.
